Hema Singh-Lalla - Managing Director
Mrs. Singh-Lalla began her career Sixteen Years ago in the Oil and Gas Industry.
Her career path has taken her all the way to the position of Managing Director for another maintenance service company in the oil and gas industry.
Mrs. Singh-Lalla holds her BSc. in OSHE – University of Greenwich and an MBA in Sustainable Energy Management – University of the West Indies.
Mrs. Singh-Lalla loves empowering youths and is very keen on the safety and the environment.
She is also committed to Energy Efficiency and carbon reduction in the Organization and within the community.
She brings with her strengths in strategic planning and business growth.
Michael Rambaran - Operations Director
Mr Michael Ramlochan began his career thirty years ago in the Oil and Gas Industry.
His career has moved through many various leadership roles (Site Manager/ Project Manager/Planning Engineer/Planner Scheduler) in oil and gas operations.
Mr Michael brings the following skills into this organization :
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Assessor competency
- Supervisory Management
- Planning and Scheduling
- Construction Welding Inspection
- Construction Painting Inspection
He also brings with him, strengths in strategic planning and business growth, negotiations, and analytical thinking.
Rishi Lalla - Director
Mr. Lalla has a Diploma in Industrial Mechanical Maintenance from the National Energy Skills Centre.
He has just over 5 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry.
Mr. Lalla has great skills in the Procurement and Logistics. He plays a very important role in our procurement process.
Mr. Lalla is an ideal team player and demonstrates excellent people skills.
Anthony Seepersad - Director
Mr. Seepersad bring with him over 40 years’ experience in Business Administration and Marketing Strategies.
He also has years of experience in Real Estate, Property Management and Technical Services.
His areas of studies includes Paralegal, Marketing, Property Management at Arthur Lok Jack – University of the West Indies and School of Business and Computer Science (SBCS).
Mr. Seepersad is very innovative and adds guidance to the organization in today’s evolving industry.
